OptionBrains is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Research Analyst under Registration Number INH000020174. We operate in compliance with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
3. Services Provided
We provide research reports, investment recommendations, trading strategies, technical indicators, and educational content related to Indian securities markets. Our services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute personalized investment advice.
4. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
5. KYC Requirements
As per SEBI regulations, users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before accessing paid services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the KYC process.
6. Subscription and Payments
Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to subscribers.

10. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
